Cragodilion

"The Cragodilion, while imposing in stature and appearance are typically harmless creatures. They feast on stones, presumably to ingest minerals. They have very specialized digestive systems they use to super heat the stone into molten lava, which they use as an offensive tool. They often regurgitate lava onto a clutch of eggs. This practice serves a double purpose, most importantly for protection but also to help the eggs incubate until they are matured. Once hatched, the new Cragodilion will eat their way out of the stone shell and venture out on their own. While Cragodilion are typically passive, get between them and their clutch, and you may find yourself on the wrong side of a lava flow."
